I'm having trouble logging into my program. Help!

If you're logged into dotFIT.com and you click My Program or Go to My Program, you should be taken to the Sharecare site and logged in automatically.

If Sharecare asks you to log in, or if you get the Oops! page, then just clear your cookies, go to dotFIT.com, and try again.

How to clear cookies, temporary internet files and browsing history with various browsers:

Internet Explorer 7
From the Tools menu in the upper right, select Delete Browsing History
To delete your cache, click Delete files.
To delete your cookies, click Delete cookies.
To delete your history, click Delete history.
Click Close, and then click OK to exit.
Close all open browsers

Internet Explorer 8 and 9
Click Tools, and select Delete Browsing History.
Deselect Preserve Favorites website data, and selectTemporary Internet files, Cookies, and History.
Click Delete.
Close all open browsers.

Firefox 3.5 and above
From the Tools menu, select Clear Recent History... . Alternatively, in Firefox 4 and above, you can also click the orange Firefox button, and then select Clear Recent History from the History menu.
From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything.
Click the down arrow next to "Details" to choose what history elements to clear (e.g., check Cookies to clear cookies). Click Clear Now.
Close all open browsers.

Firefox 15.0.1
Firefox > Options > Privacy > Clear All Current History > Time range to clear > “Everything”

Safari

PC Users: Click on the settings icon in the upper right > Preferences > Privacy > “Removal All Website Data...”

Mac Users: Click on Safari > Preferences > Privacy > “Removal All Website Data...”

iPad Users: Go to the homepage > Click Settings icon > Click Safari on the left > Click the Clear Cookies button towards the bottom.
