2 scoops Creamy Chocolate Pre/Post Workout Formula

1 cup nonfat chocolate frozen yogurt

1.5 cups nonfat or 2% milk

 

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add crushed ice for a thicker shake.
